Setting up a Klyra Account

Klyra's on and off ramping, ramp, and exchange account services require KYC. Your choice of exchanges may be limited based on your residency, citizenship, and applicable laws.

Signing Up

To sign up for Klyra account, you must first be accepted via our waitlist. Once this is done, you will receive an email or a twitter DM from our official twitter account (@KlyraProtocol or @Klyra). Now, if you sign in using the information you provided for the waitlist, you will be led to a KYC portal.

(image of KYC portal) If you do not wish to KYC, we understand, but at the moment, we do not support non-KYC users, so you cannot setup an account with Klyra. If you would like, you can click the button "Remind me when you have DeFi accounts", and we will put you as a priority user for our permissionless DeFi-only accounts.

Once you have completed your KYC process, it will take a moment for all your information to be validated. Sit tight for a bit, we should get back to you soon! (KYC portal success)

Once your KYC information is processed, depending on your residency and citizenship, we may ask additional questions, and Klyra may limit which exchanges you can interact with for legal reasons. If you believe any of these actions are a mistake, please click the "Concierge" button to start a chat with our team to explain your situation to us so we can try to help.
