At Klyra, we believe in giving our users the best execution and best service possible. As part of this commitment, we, contractually, cannot and will not sell, disclose, or otherwise reveal any of your data unless required to be law (1). This includes, but is not limited to, your trading patterns, personal information, order type preferences, etc.

Instead, data is used to improve your experience. Data relevant to Klyra Front transactions and delays with these transactions is used to better deploy our working capital. Personal Metadata (ie what country you are from or have tax residency in) can be used to properly prioritize new on and off ramp solutions to make sure we can serve your needs as best we can. (1) An example of when this would apply is if Klyra is subpoened by relevant authorities to turn over information as part of civil or criminal proceeding.
